FAQ
Are there any restrictions for holding virtual depositions in Macao?What about virtual security?
There are no legal impediments to hosting depositions in Macao SAR for a voluntary witness. Whilst PRC laws do not cater for depositions, they are neither limited or restricted in Macao SAR.
Are there any issues with time differences? And what are your rates?
Not at all. We will determine your needs and requirements from the outset. Should a time period not be available, we will advise you on the front end. We are available around the clock. As for our rates, we work on a fixed costs basis. We determine the costs from the outset based on your needs, so there are so surprise or hidden fees. We understand cost is a major factor in choosing remote depositions so we strive to keep these as low as possible while delivering a high quality deposition experience for all parties involved.
Are there any restrictions on Mainland residents from entering Macao SAR at present during the Covid-19 pandemic?
Mainland residents can presently apply for special permits to enter Macao SAR according to local regulations. However, as circumstances may change without notice, please confirm with us at relevant times on any updated policies according to local policies that time.
